Ingredients:

12oz BIG Pak Prime Rib Jerky

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
-
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
-
1 teaspoon sesame oil
-
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef jerky to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned. Remove the beef jerky from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.

Return the beef jerky to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Remove from heat and serve the beef jerky stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
